  • To help promote a sense of Leather Community within Tulsa and the surrounding areas.

Tulsa Power Exchange is for those who want to be active within the Leather Community by attending meetings, educational seminars & "field trips" and making a positive contribution. Education will focus mostly on the Leather Lifestyle & the Power Exchange both historically and in modern times.
